the table lamp mrlt. echoes the Emeralite design by D.McFaddin in 1915. Little by little, the hemeralite has imposed itself in all cultural, political and financial institutions. She has become, by her presence, an icon of an elite born of industrial era.
100 years later, if design works with a certain reflection of our society, it was time to reconsider this iconic lamp.
tr4y.
the tr4y. serie is a collection of two trays with different heights. They can be combined to create imposing centerpieces.
tr4y. is a combination of Jesmonite (gypsum) and a random base printed in 3d with a filament made of wood fibers.
vs.
vases of the vs. serie are designed from bent intertwined tubes.
the difficulty of producing the part is pushed to the extreme simplicity by additive manufacturing.
