Terms of sale
- Object
The present conditions govern the online sale of products offered on the 16m2.fr and/or 16m2.shop website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) by Stéphane Micol (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”). -
Produits
The products offered for sale on the Site are presented with their essential characteristics and their price. Photographs are non-contractual.
- Prix et Paiement
Product prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included. Payment must be made in full when the order is placed. The Vendor reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price in force at the time the order is placed. - Shipment
Delivery times and costs are specified when the order is placed. The Vendor undertakes to dispatch products as soon as possible after receipt of payment. - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of return. - Warranties
The products sold on the Site are guaranteed to comply with the legal provisions governing warranties. The customer is invited to contact Customer Service in the event of a problem with a product. - Disclaimer
The Vendor shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of products sold on the Site. - Personal data
The information collected at the time of the order is necessary for its management. Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data. - Claims
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction. - Modification of the GTC
The Vendor reserves the right to modify these GTC. The new conditions will apply to orders placed after their publication on the Site.
